If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We do not return or exchange any food products. Chocolate is delicate by nature. In the rare event that it arrives damaged, please send an email ASAP to orders@condorchocolates.com and include photos and batch numbers for us to remedy the situation promptly.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm via UPS. Confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email after placing your order. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
